McKenzie Method

McKenzie Method is an exercise-based approach to assessment, diagnosis and treatment. McKenzie allows patients to understand the principles of their disease/condition and allow the patient to manage their symptoms independently. Common conditions treated with this method are Neck Pain, Back Pain, Herniated Discs, Sciatica and Sacro-Iliac joint pain.
